Shipping Policy

We ship from the United States and want your gear in your hands fast. Here's exactly what to expect.
Free US shipping
Every order ships free within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm PT, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping: available at checkout for an additional charge; 1–2 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods can add time.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us and we'll sort it out.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you catch a mistake, contact us right away — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We'll work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want a Merlin optic, email us — we're expanding and would love to know where to go next.
